Our Sailah Lane Australian office is located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. All order placed via www.sailahlane.com will be sent from our Australian office.
Please double check your delivery address at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Sailah Lane is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Some orders can take up to 6 business days to be dispatched as not all sizes are kept in stock, however we don't like you waiting and try our best to post as soon as possible.
When ordering at a sale time, orders may take a little longer due to order volumes.
If your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan areas, standard orders will take between 2-5 business days from the shipping notification email.
If your delivery address is not within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders can take up to 10 business days from the shipping notification email.
If you order an item on pre-order, your entire order will be held until your pre-order item is available and it will then be posted as one parcel.
International deliveries to metropolitan areas will usually take between 5-20 business days from the shipping notification email.
International Orders (outside of Australia)
Please be aware that international orders may attract customs duties. Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order. We take no responsibility in any way for duties and additional charges imposed on your order.
All orders will be tracked. You will receive a tracking email from Australia Post or our courier of choice.
For international orders, please note that while there is some tacking available, Australia Post has some limitations on the amount of information they can provide while your parcel is in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not refund or exchange any prints or wall stickers so please choose carefully.
In the event that an item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item and we will asses each claim individually. If you contact us out side of this time we are not required to refund or replace your purchase.
In the event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and corresponding photographs within 10 days of receipt of the item and we will asses each claim individually.
